I reserved a car online, last minute and when I walked in Nicole was waiting for me. Very pleasant and professional and walked me through the rental application. I was out the door quickly and was very satisfied with the car and experience. I will definitely be going back when I need to rent a car. Thank you Nicole for making my first experience a good one!

I want to give them 5 stars for everything . The day I picked up my rental car on Aug 2, 2017, the agent name Nicole , she was a friendly person to help me to get a car on the same day when I booked last minute . And another agent I spoke with name Megan in same branch on Aug 10, 2017 to follow up with my receipt and some serious concern to ask about . She helped me right away . She made my day even day a lot better and understand the situation. I really appreciated to these two amazon staffs (Nicole and Megan) for a best customer service ! Wish I could give them thousands of stars! Thank you gals!
