MetLife is out of network despite what they may say in person or would lead you to believe. I was billed twice. One for me, then another large bill that they couldn't collect from MetLife. They blamed it on the plan. It wasn't the plan. It was them trying to scoop business from an out of network client base. If you work for GE do not go here. She fills teeth that don't necessarily need to be filled (teeth that could heal on their own with proper care) and they are out of network. My new dentist says I have one cavity and two that might heal on their own. She did I three cavities and wanted to fill them the next week after having already filled three! Shady, unethical, and I do not recommend to anyone looking for quality of service.
I cannot say enough great things about this dentistry office. Shannon at the front desk is an absolute pleasure to speak with. I was experiencing a dental emergency and nobody else could take me in the area. Granite family dentistry was able to take me right away, treated me with compassion, and did not hesitate to make my needs their priority. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist as they will definitely exceed your expectations.
