A special thank you for your expression of thanks to us veterans. I was totally amazed as how the Hooksett, NH restaurant did this up. My delicious meal came with a small American flag in it. I was also given a free Bud Light with a labeled note on the bottle which read "thanks for your service" and signed by our very pleasant an attentive waitress. In addition, American flags were planted around the building which made for a very welcoming sight to us veterans. Thanks Applebee's for showing such "class" in your expression of appreciation. You went way above and beyond and set an example to other restaurant chains to follow (though I hardly think that they would ever come close to your effort).
I arrived after lunch hour rush. Service was great. As I would have hoped. 2 apps I got were great and came out very quick.
Came here because my mom loves it. Definitely a corporate chain restaurant. But overall food is good for the price. And I would recommend not getting any drinks made with sour mix, unless you want to experience the true meaning of sour with heartburn. The chicken dish I had was delicious, with the meat being tender and juicy. Service is courteous and prompt. You also have the option of paying with a card at the table with the touchscreen table machine thingy.
Ordered car side to go. My food was supposed to be done at 12:21 the email said so I got there at 12:22 and I sat in my car for 20 minutes no one came outside and no one called or anything so I went inside and asked if my food was ready and said I had been sitting there for twenty minutes. No one apologized or anything and the host got the person out back and grabbed my food and my food was dry and cold. Not pleased at all. Waste of $20
Not impressed at all. The waitress very good but the food terrible.
